Introducing Lindie - the internal tool turned SaaS platform that gives agency clients transparency and insight into the progress of their projects. Lindie provides a view-only portal for Linear, our project management platform, allowing clients and stakeholders to see live, synced updates on their projects, eliminating the need for manual updates and improving communication.

To ensure that data remained updated, we used advanced recursive and scheduled workflows in the bubble backend, along with webhooks, to bypass rate-limiting on the API. The success of Lindie within our own agency prompted demand from other agencies and large teams, leading us to turn it into a SaaS offering.

The outcome of implementing Lindie has been improved communication and transparency for our clients throughout all projects. It has also allowed us to support other agencies and large teams using Linear. Lindie is just one example of the innovative solutions we bring to the table for our clients.
