A support service for NDIS businesses, ProviderPlus were looking to trial a new product to help their customers and increase market share. After receiving quotes upwards of $1m and a 12 month timeframe, they decided to try an alternative route to validate their idea.
The platform helped their customers schedule and manage appointments with their clients, whilst capturing the required data points to remain compliant.
The trial resulted in a successful validation of their platform, with the quick revisions helping them find product market fit in a fraction of the time and cost quoted initially.
The project required a multi-tenant account management system with client and staff management features. It included secure two-factor authentication and the ability to send SMS messages. It also had the ability to manage bookings, scheduling, and reminders, as well as track expenses and billing for each appointment. The project also included documentation and support content.
The initial MVP took one week to build, whilst version two took a further two weeks to launch after feedback from their users.
